Trevoh Chalobah names the player taking him under his wing at Chelsea | OneFootball

Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah has been the surprise story of the season so far at the club.

Most expected him to be departing on another loan or a permanent move this summer, but instead he stayed at the club and not only that, he has managed to actually nail down a fairly regular place in Thomas Tuchel’s line up at the back for The Blues.

Chalobah says that he is the one who has taken him under his wing this season and even before, and says that Rudiger used to give him advice and always believed in him.

It’s very refreshing to see that and it’s exactly what we need our experienced players to be doing.
