Bayern prepare fresh Kane bid

Bayern Munich are preparing an improved bid for Harry Kane, though fear it won’t be enough to persuade Totteham to sell.

According to the Mail, Bayern will offer in the region of £70m for the Spurs striker, who still has an uncertain future just days before the club are set to fly out for their pre-season tour.

It’s claimed that the Bundesliga side want to agree a deal as quickly as possible, but it appears increasingly likely that they will be priced out.

Zaha set to make decision

Wilfried Zaha will make a decision on his future next week.

The Guardian report that the forward is currently on honeymoon, with his next club still up in the air after his Crystal Palace contract expired.

Napoli, Galatasaray and PSG are all possible options, while he could still stay at Palace after they offered him a four-year deal.

Fernandes pays tribute to De Gea

Bruno Fernandes has said David de Gea “deserved” to have an Old Trafford faithful.

The goalkeeper confirmed his Manchester United exit earlier today, and Fernandes took to Instagram to pay tribute to De Gea.

“You deserved to say goodbye at the stadium with all the fans cheering you for all the beautiful memories,” he posted.

“You made history at the club and your name will not be forgotten, and no one can take that away from you.”

Arsenal back in for Fresneda

Arsenal were keen on signing Ivan Fresneda in January, and they could go back in for the right-back this window.

Mundo Deportivo suggest that the Gunners have started to turn their attention back to Fresneda, having initially been focused on the likes of Declan Rice and Kai Havertz.

It’s claimed the 18-year-old could be available for £17m, but Barcelona are also strongly linked with a move.

Maguire and Sancho on the move?

Man United want to sell Harry Maguire and three other first-team players before the end of the window.

The Independent report that Erik ten Hag has decided Maguire has no future at Old Trafford, and while he is valued at £50m, West Ham are among the clubs hoping he could be available for £35m.

Jadon Sancho, Scott McTominay and Fred could also be sold in the next few weeks, it’s claimed.

Madueke: I’ll make sure Colwill stays at Chelsea

Noni Madueke told Chelsea fans he will “make sure” Levi Colwill returns to the club this summer.

The pair were both involved as England beat Spain 1-0 in a dramatic European Under-21 Championship final, with James Trafford saving a penalty in the 99th-minute as the Young Lions lifted the trophy for the first time since 1984.

Colwill’s future at the club is still uncertain, with the 20-year-old keen to hold talks with Pochettino before making a decision on the new contract that he has been offered.

The centre-back impressed at Brighton last season and the Seagulls are keen to bring him back to the club, though they have had a £40m bid rejected by Chelsea. The Blues will also reject any attempts to include Colwill in a swap deal for Moises Caicedo.

Colwill took to Instagram while celebrating England’s win over Spain, with Madueke joining him and taking the opportunity to send a message to the Chelsea fans.

“We’re both coming back,” Madueke said. “He is as well. I will make sure he comes back!”

Man United close in Onana

Manchester United are not hanging around as they look to replace Andre Onana.

David de Gea’s exit was confirmed earlier today, with the Spaniard leaving Old Trafford as a free agent.

Onana is set to arrive for a fee in the region of £50m, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that personal terms have been agreed and the two clubs expect that deal to be completed next week.

Battle on for Lavia

Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea are all still keen on Romeo Lavia.

The Southampton midfielder is in demand this summer, and is likely to be on the move after the Saints’ relegation to the Championship.

Sky Germany report that Lavia has a price tag of £50m, and talks are continuing with the Gunners and Chelsea, while Liverpool are also pushing due to Jurgen Klopp’s desire to sign the 19-year-old.

Barcelona have dropped out of the race due to that valuation.
