Abdallah Sima
The profile of Senegalese striker Abdallah Sima is turning the heads of several top European clubs this summer.
Having netted 12 goals for Brest in the 2024/2025 season, Abdallah Sima made his mark in the Champions League. In Europe’s most prestigious competition, his performances have caught the eye of numerous clubs across the continent. With just one year left on his contract with Brighton, the Senegalese forward is now seen as a prime opportunity on the transfer market.
Indeed, several teams are looking to make a move as early as this summer. In Germany, VfL Wolfsburg and FC Augsburg have already staked their interest. In Ligue 1, three clubs—whose names remain undisclosed—have expressed concrete interest.
Over in England, several major Championship clubs are keeping tabs, including Southampton and Ipswich Town. A Premier League club—whose identity remains confidential at this stage—is also closely monitoring the situation. A summer departure would allow Brighton to secure a transfer fee for a player whose contract expires in 2026.
