Hernandez is currently under contract with AC Milan. In recent weeks, there have been repeated reports of Bayern’s interest in Hernandez. His brother Lucas Hernandez has already played for FC Bayern: before his move to Paris Saint-Germain, he was with the German record champions from 2019 to 2023.

Will Bayern swap Davies for Hernandez?

Theo Hernandez could become FC Bayern’s new left-back and replace Alphonso Davies. The Canadian’s contract with Bayern expires in 2025. Those responsible at the club are keen to avoid him leaving the club on a free transfer.

Davies would therefore have to be sold in the upcoming transfer window. There have been repeated reports of Real Madrid’s interest in Davies. However, this is said to have cooled recently. However, these rumours could also be part of the negotiating tactics of the Whites, who naturally want to pay the lowest possible price for Davies should a transfer take place.

Hernandez, for his part, is still under contract with Milan until 2026. The 26-year-old’s market value is estimated at €60 million by Transfermarkt.de. However, there have also been reports that Milan could even demand between 80 and 100 million euros for the French international.

Hernandez has played for the Rossoneri since 2019. Prior to that, he was at Real Madrid, Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid, among others.
