This may be the greatest World Cup in history, however, we still have club football to think about.
Let’s kick-off with the latest transfer rumours.
Manchester City are closing in on the signing of Leicester forward Riyad Mahrez. His January move to City was blocked by Leicester, leading Mahrez to boycott the club for a good part of February. He’s supposed to join Napoli’s Jorginho as City’s big summer signings.
Chelsea’s move for Aleksandr Golovin is in motion and has been confirmed by his mother.
Multiple outlets report that Juventus are moving for Real Madrid and world superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. His €115m transfer to the Italian outfit is being widely reported by the media and is the most real Ronaldo rumour that we’ve heard in quite some time.
However, until Ronaldo actually moves anywhere, it’s all fake news.
West Ham United have tabled an ‘official offer’ for Real Madrid midfielder Mateo Kovačić according to reports from Spain.
