Well, the Bundesliga title race was fun while it lasted.
Now we know that Bayern Munich will inevitably go on to win an eight consecutive title, letâs get back to the real stuff.
The latest transfer gossip âŠ
Mundo Deportivo are reporting that transfer rumour fan favourite Philippe Coutinho has now begun talks with Newcastle United, after Bayern decided against a permanent move.
Newcastle will inevitably be busy if/when their takeover is completed, and the Daily Mail are also linking them with a move for Liverpool winger Xherdan Shaqiri.
Willianâs Chelsea future may be in doubt but he is looking likely to stay in London. The Telegraph are reporting that Arsenal and Tottenham are battling it out for the Brazilianâs services.
Manchester City are looking to the future and are believed to be leading the race for Ajaxâs 18-year-old striker Sontje Hansen, according to Goal. The Dutch teenager won the Golden Boot at the U17-World Cup last summer.
The next big thing at Crystal Palace could end up in Portugal. 16-year-old Jadan Raymond is a target for Vitoria Guimaraes, according to Sky Sports.
The future of Ousmane Dembélé will dominate a lot of the conversation when the transfer window re-opens.
A swap deal involving Arsenal with Pierre-Emerick Aubemyang moving the other way has been mooted by Mundo Deportivo.
The Gunners letting their top striker leave and replacing him with a winger who has only made 74 appearances in the last three seasons? Mikel Arteta would come off worse in this move.
The Mirror have reported that Burnley want to bring Adam Lallana to Turf Moor.
Lallanaâs contract at Liverpool expires at the end of June and the 32-year-old is looking for a new club.
The thought of Lallana, who produces his best work with the ball on the ground and at his feet, slogging it out on a wet and windy day in Lancashire is almost a crime to football.
We absolutely want to see it though.
Manchester City were linked with Bayer Leverkusenâs Leon Bailey, with Leroy SanĂ© looking more and more likely to be heading to Bayern Munich.
