Transfer News: Chelsea target Andrea Belotti refuses new contract at Torino

According to transfer news from Express, Chelsea target Andrea Belotti has refused to commit to a new contract at Torino. The Blues are looking at Erling Haaland alternatives and the Italian striker has emerged as one.

The 27-year-old has been a consistent, prolific goalscorer in Serie A for Torino, season after season. However, with the Granata staring at the prospect of relegation this term, Belotti could be on the move in the summer.

The Blues have had their problems with forwards in recent seasons, with no striker seemingly being able to nail down a starting berth. Timo Werner looks more and more like an expensive mistake. Olivier Giroud is on the wrong side of 30 and somehow, Tammy Abraham is being overlooked.
