TRAINING RESUMES AT MILANELLO

The Rossoneri met up for lunch at Milanello today before getting down to work after two days off. Paolo Maldini and Frederic Massara were both present at the Sports Centre to watch Coach Pioli’s side in action.

REPORT The team initially activated their muscles in the gym. They then took to the pitch, where they continued their warm-up with a few exercises that involved the use of low obstacles and cones, after which they did themed rondos. With the first part of the session over, the group worked on ball possession and performed a series of technical drills. A practice match on a small pitch finished things off.
