Training Center | Thursday at JTC

The kick off to Serie A is approaching and Juve are continuing their preparation at Continassa for the season's opener to work against Sassuolo. Today's training session was similar to yesterday's: on the pitches in the morning, individual strength work in the gym in the afternoon.

During the morning, the group worked on technical exercises when not in possession, aimed at winning the ball back, and then on developing play and exercises in high intensity situations.
