Training Center | Friday focus at Continassa

Working on constructing play and exercises split between defence versus attack - this was the focus of the morning training session for Juventus at Continassa.

In the afternoon, as has been custom over the last few days, the focus shifts to individual strength work in the gym. Tomorrow the players return to the training field for another morning session.
