Spurs without Micky van de Ven but Ange Postecoglou handed one major fitness boost
The Spurs captain has missed three of the last four Premier League games, including last weekend’s 1-0 defeat at Crystal Palace.
But Son returns as Spurs bid to get back on track in the Premier League and build on their impressive 2-1 win against Manchester City in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday.
With Micky van de Ven sidelined with his latest hamstring injury, Radu Dragusin comes in alongside Cristian Romero at centre-back.
Rodrigo Bentancur, Dejan Kulusevski and Pape Matar Sarr start in midfield.

Son and Brennan Johnson flank Dominic Solanke in attack.
“The boys worked out the other night,” Ang Postecoglou said, referring to Wednesday’s win over Manchester City. “The main one out of that is Micky. He has strained a hamstring. It is not too serious, but probably after the international break for him.
“The other ones who are a bit sore [are Cristian] Romero and [Timo] Werner. But at the moment there is still a chance for the weekend.”
Winger Wilson Odobert is facing another spell on the sidelines after a “serious” setback after returning from a hamstring injury, while Djed Spence has also been absent of late with a groin problem.
