Meanwhile, Sky Sport Germany’s Florian Plettenberg reported that Bayer Leverkusen still consider him a dream signing but view their chances as slim given the price tag and competition. The Independent reports that Tottenham are eyeing Akliouche as a more affordable option to Savinho, with Manchester City setting a £70 million price tag for the 21-year-old. Monaco, meanwhile, value their attacking midfielder at £47.5 million.

According to a previous report from L’Équipe, Manchester United are also a name linked to the Frenchman. Nonetheless, it appears as though several Premier League clubs are keen on the Monaco standout. Despite the interest, it will take a significant sum.

Monaco reportedly ask between €70 million and €80 million for the midfielder, a high price that hasn’t deterred any of the clubs tracking him, making a summer transfer seem more likely.
