Last summer, Paris Saint-Germain showed interest in Dean Huijsen as part of their plan to strengthen their defense, but the Spanish center-back ended up joining AFC Bournemouth. If PSG targets him again, they’ll face stiff competition.
While PSG did bring in Willian Pacho, Milan Skriniar is expected to make his loan move to Fenerbahçe permanent, which could leave them looking for another center-back this summer.
Huijsen has continued to impress in the Premier League with solid performances and growing praise, catching the attention of several top clubs.
If PSG sees Huijsen as a solution to their defensive issues, they’ll need to brace for a tough transfer battle. However, one major club isn’t quite ready to enter the bidding war just yet.

Tottenham Hotspur’s chase for Huijsen has just become more difficult after a new report revealed Real Madrid’s interest in the Bournemouth player. According to talkSPORT (h/t GOAL), Huijsen has become a “major target” for Los Blancos, who are aiming to strengthen their defense this summer.
A recent report from CaughtOffside states that Manchester United, Chelsea, Tottenham Hotspur, Bayern Munich, Real Madrid, Barcelona, and PSG are all interested in 19-year-old Huijsen.
He has a release clause of around £50 million, but that amount could increase if he signs a new contract with Bournemouth.
