Tottenham manager Antonio Conte has laughed off claims of food poisoning running through his squad.
Former Spurs striker Gary Lineker sent fans into a panic earlier on Friday by tweeting: "Hearing there's a food poisoning outbreak at [Tottenham]. No, I am not joking."
Spurs quickly denied the rumour, though revealed Harry Kane had pulled out of an event on Friday evening as a precaution after feeling unwell.
Speaking to reporters shortly afterwards, Conte dismissed talk of another 'Lasagna-gate', which in 2006 saw many Spurs players fall ill, lose at West Ham and subsequently miss out on fourth place to Arsenal.
Spurs need just one point at bottom-of-the-table Norwich to qualify for the Champions League over Arsenal, in what would be a six consecutive finish above their local rivals.
Conte has no concerns, though, also expects Kane to be fit for the trip to Carrow Road.
He told reporters: "Yeah, for sure. Harry doesn't want to miss this type of game, it means a lot for the club."
