Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have identified Nottingham Forest attacker Morgan Gibbs-White as a viable target, according to Football Insider. The club have made him a priority for the summer transfer window to bolster their attacking unit.
Morgan Gibbs-White arrived at Nottingham Forest in the summer of 2022 for a reported fee of £25 million and add-ons. Since then, he has taken huge strides in his career and has established himself as a quality attacker in the English league.

Though the Garibaldis aren’t having a good season collectively, the 24-year-old attacker has been in terrific form this season. He has appeared in 34 games so far, netting four times and providing six assists. Though he mainly plays as an attacking midfielder, he can also operate on both the wings or as a striker.
Gibbs-White is averaging 1.8 shots, 1.8 key passes, and 1.2 dribbles per game. He is a creative pick in the lineup, who can create openings with his key passes and through balls. However, he can become more lethal if he manages to improve his finishing (stats via whoscored).
Tottenham Hotspur understand the need to bring in a creative attacker in the summer. They are having a decent season and will certainly book a berth in European competition for next season. Hence, they have set their eyes on Morgan Gibbs-White.
The English defender is well-experienced in playing in the Premier League, and his versatility will add much-needed depth. He can prove to be a decisive player in the final third apart from providing support to James Maddison.
Though Nottingham Forest might hesitate to sell their hot property, their financial situation will force them otherwise. They were recently handed a four-point deduction after failing to comply with the league’s financial regulations.
It means Nottingham Forest are at risk of finishing in the relegation spot. If that happens then Spurs can take advantage of the situation and lure away Gibbs-White with ease.
