Tottenham Hotspur defender Ben Davies is set to miss Wales' friendly with Czech Republic on Tuesday.
Davies has been one of Antonio Conte's first-choice defenders, playing on the left-side of a back three.
After playing in the 2-1 win over Austria last Thursday, Davies will not take part in the friendly on Tuesday.
The Welsh FA did not specify why Davies had left the squad.
A statement read: "Following Thursday's match, Ben Davies has returned to his club.
"All other players are available for Tuesday's match."
