The pair will return to Spurs when Bayern Munich head to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for a pre-season friendly, having beaten Ange Postecoglou’s side 2-1 in Seoul last week.

It will be the first time Kane plays against the club with which he made his name since leaving for the German giants last summer.

The England international is Tottenham’s all-time record goalscorer with 280 in 435 appearances and is back in training, having being afforded a break after reaching the Euro 2024 final with England.

Dier left Spurs in January on an initial loan deal before completing a permanent move to Bayern earlier this summer.

The presentation is expected to take place around 15 minutes before the 5.30pm BST kick-off time on Saturday and fans attending the game are advised to arrive early.

“Saturday’s pre-season clash with FC Bayern at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium sees a return to N17 of Harry Kane and Eric Dier for the first time since their departures from the Club,” read a club statement.

“We have not previously had the opportunity to bid farewell to two players who have made such a significant contribution to our Club in recent years.

“Ahead of the game, in recognition of their years of service to Tottenham Hotspur, the pair will be presented with commemorative gifts on behalf of the Club by our Ambassador, Ledley King.”
