Spurs return to Premier League action away at Everton on Monday night, over a week after they finally confirmed the departure of Antonio Conte.

Cristian Stellini has been named as the club’s interim manager for the final ten games of the season as Spurs fight to keep their place in the Premier League’s top four.

The club are also still in the dark as to whether or not director of football Fabio Paratici will be allowed to continue in his role until an appeal into his 30-month ban is heard next month.

On the pitch, Spurs lead fifth-placed Newcastle by two points but Eddie Howe’s side boast two games in hand.

They went into the international break off the back of a disappointing 3-3 draw with bottom side Southampton despite leading by two goals with less than 20 minutes to go on the south coast.

There is some good news, however, as the club have confirmed Hugo Lloris has returned to training.

The goalkeeper suffered a knee injury during the win over Manchester City in February but has now joined his teammates at Hotspur Way.

While it’s unclear as to whether or not the World Cup winner will be involved at Goodison Park, Lloris’ return is a welcome sight for Spurs.
