Tottenham confirm Fabio Paratici as new managing director | OneFootball

Tottenham have confirmed the appointment of Fabio Paratici as their new managing director.

Paratici joins the club having spent 11 successful seasons with Juventus, winning 19 trophies including nine-straight Serie A titles.

The Italian will be “responsible for managing and developing the Club’s sporting operations at the Club, facilities and footballing infrastructure”.

“I am thrilled by this fantastic opportunity and I thank the Club and the Chairman for the trust in me,” he told the club’s official website.

“Tottenham is one of the top clubs in the UK and in Europe with an ambitious long-term plan.

“I will dedicate all myself to this new venture and look forward to working with the management team to write a new and hopefully successful chapter in the Club history.”

According to The Athletic, Paratici has had significant input in talks with Paulo Fonseca who is expected to replace José Mourinho as manager.
