Tottenham Hotspur have completed their second signing of the January transfer window with the capture of Genoa centre-back Radu Drăgușin.
Drăgușin joins Spurs in a deal worth a reported €30m, with Djed Spence joining Genoa on loan as part of the deal.
The 21-year-old Romanian international follows Timo Werner in moving to the Lilywhites, with manager Ange Postecoglou eager to strengthen his squad early in the January window.
Drăgușin came through the ranks at Juventus and made four senior appearances for the Bianconeri, also spending time on loan at Sampdoria and Salernitana, before moving to Genoa on an initial loan deal in the summer of 2022.
He went on to make 62 appearances for the Grifone, scoring six goals, and has so far been capped 12 times by Romania at senior international level.
Bayern Munich were also reportedly interested in the defender this month, but were beaten to his signature by Spurs.
He could make his debut for the club against Manchester United at Old Trafford this Sunday.
