Spurs continue to target emerging young talent

Tottenham are closing in on the signing of 18-year-old South Korean winger Min-hyuk Yang.

Spurs are expected to wrap up a deal for Yang in the next week but he not set to join until January so he can complete the K League season with his club Gangwon.

Yang will join South Korea captain Heung-min Son at Spurs. He has scored seven times in 24 senior games for Gangwon and became the youngest K League scorer in more than 10 years when he scored his first goal for the club in March.

Spurs have already signed Archie Gray and Lucas Bergvall this summer as they target top young talent.

Bryan Gil is in talks over a move to Girona, according to reports in Spain.

AC Milan want Emerson Royal, who looks also look set to leave as Spurs continue a summer clear-out.

Eric Dier, Ivan Perisic, Ryan Sessegnon, Tanguy Ndombele and Japhet Tanganga have all been released, while Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Joe Rodon have been sold as Ange Postecoglou reshapes his squad.

Spurs are currently in Japan at the start of their pre-season tour of Asia and play J1 League champions Vissel Kobe at the Japan National Stadium on Saturday.
