Tottenham boss Antonio Conte is unimpressed by his FA charge.

Both Conte and Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel were charged by the FA after their post match bust-up for Sunday's 2-2 draw.

He said today: "I see that the FA made us, both coaches, more soft charge, no? And we have to accept. We have to accept and have respect for every decision. But I think sometimes this type of situation can happen. It's not the first time, it won't be the last time that two coaches are not in the right way or do not agree. But the most important thing is we have to move on, to have respect for each other. And for me, the situation finishes there.

"I think we have to try to put passion in every situation we're going to do. I put passion in my job, in my work. If you put passion, you have to give everything. My demands of the players is to work very hard and improve the tactical aspect. Because I think compared to Chelsea, they had more time to work with the same coach and they have in this moment for football knowledge. For us, it is very important to have this type of game, you understand the way to try to improve and, not to stay at the same level, but to reduce the gap. I think in my team, I try to transfer my passion. I try to transfer the desire to win and to fight in the best way.

"For sure, if we want to win, we have to be ready to fight in every game, especially you a lot of times said to me in the past Tottenham, many people thinks 'yeah, they play well…' but in my opinion if you want to have ambition, you have to try to be well organised, to have quality, to have an idea of football, to be good tactically and physically and at the same time have the right spirit.

"The right spirit, it means that during the game, in a sporting way, is how you live or how you die. If you live, it means you opponent died. If you died, it means your opponent won the game. I try to transfer this thought always in a sporting way, this is important, but if you want to have ambition, if you want to be a winner, only one stays on the pitch after the game. You have to do you, you understand, not the opponent."
