Tottenham manager Antonio Conte believes that reports linking him to a move to Juventus are disrespectful.

With Max Allegri’s position increasingly in doubt at Juventus, Conte had drawn links with a move to the Bianconeri despite Spurs doing quite well in the Premier League so far. They are unbeaten in the league and face Arsenal in a massive North London derby at the weekend.

Ahead of the game involving the two rivals, Conte was asked about the links with Juve in the pre-game press conference. The Italian stated that reports are a ‘lack of respect’ and also confirmed that he is quite happy in London in the Spurs job.

He told journalists: “It’s incredible stuff. In this period I think it’s a lack of respect towards Allegri and also mine that I work at Tottenham. We have just started the season and I have already answered many times to these kinds of questions: I have always said that I am happy and I am enjoying this experience here. We have whole season to find the best solution for the club and for me and for sure I’m fine in London.

“I have an excellent relationship with the president and with Paratici. I don’t see any problems, there are contracts signed and I don’t want to hear about them anymore.”

Conte had previously managed Juventus and helped the Bianconeri to multiple Serie A titles before leaving the club for the Italian national team. Allegri had taken over the Conte in his first spell as the Juve.
