Spurs Transfer News: Tottenham scouted Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby against Atletico Madrid

According to transfer news on 90min (h/t Yorkshire Evening Post), Tottenham Hotspur were one of five Premier League clubs who sent representatives to watch Bayer Leverkusen’s Moussa Diaby against Atletico Madrid.
