Tottenham ace Lucas Moura believes they're title contenders under Jose Mourinho this season.

Spurs currently sit top of the table after Saturday's defeat of Manchester City.

Moura said: "Mourinho will win a trophy here.

"He knows we are capable of winning and he is the right man to lead us to the trophy. We have to trust him and believe in ourselves. The time has come now - we have a good coach and good players.

"We have a good mentality and have made good deals this summer. We know it will be difficult, but why should we not be able to win the Premier League."
