Portuguese defender Toti Gomes has committed his long term future to Wolves by signing a new deal that will keep him at the club until 2027.

Toti joined from Estoril Praia, Portugal, in 2020 but didn’t make his Premier League debut until January 2022.

“I’m happy and grateful to extend my contract with Wolves,” the 23-year-old explained on Wolves’ website.

“I really appreciate the opportunity the club has given me, and I think this is something great for myself, and my whole family.

“This is just the beginning of something possibly great and I will always keep working hard so I can give back the confidence the club has given myself every day in training and games, so I can help the team achieve goals in each season.”

Toti had been on loan in Switzerland since the beginning of the 2020/21 season but has impressed since rejoining Bruno Lage’s squad in January.
