Toronto FC have been in fine form since the high-profile arrivals of Italian stars Lorenzo Insigne and Federico Bernardeschi but their opening goals was made closer to home.
Having returned from a spell at Nottingham Forest, Richie Laryea has added a second assist in as many games back in the Ontarian capital.
Bursting down the wing, Laryea fights his way to the byline before cutting the ball, back to his Canadian teammate Jonathan Osorio to cooly slot home.
International superstars are helpful, but goals made in your backyard just hit differently.
