Major League Soccer’s summer transfer window is in full swing, and perhaps the biggest intra-league deal so far seems to be advancing.

According to the Athletic, New England Revolution and Toronto FC are ‘nearing a deal’ which would see Latif Blessing making the move to TFC.

In exchange, Canadian international Mark-Anthony Kaye would head to New England.

Blessing was acquired by New England this winter from LAFC after playing an important role in their MLS Cup and the Supporters Shield winning campaigns.

The blockbuster move comes just two weeks after Toronto fired head coach Bob Bradley with the team sitting near the bottom of the standings.
