Torino are planning a January move for Spanish full-back Angeliño.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the 27-year-old has become a primary target for I Granata. Coach Ivan Juric is a known admirer and made advances last summer. Now he is reportedly keen to get the deal done before the current transfer window closes at the end of the month.
The former Manchester City academy product, is currently out on-loan at Galatasaray and has made 19 appearances across all competitions. Torino reportedly want to sign Angeliño on an initial loan deal, with a view to making the move permanent in the summer for a fee in the region of €4 million – €5 million euros.
Latest reports suggest that the two parties are still a long way from securing an agreement, with Sassuolo also linked with the Spaniard’s services.
Having grown up in Manchester City’s youth academy, the Spaniard has had previous loan spells at New York City, Mallorca, NEC Braida, PSV Eindhoven and Hoffenheim.
