The Premier League is blessed with some of the finest full-backs in world football. But who is the best right-back in the English Premier League?

This has led to discrepancies regarding certain full-backs, sparking debate about whether they cut it - particularly in Premier League right-backs.

So, with this all up for debate - let's rank the top 10 right-backs in the Premier League right now.

GIVEMESPORT VIDEO OF THE DAY

10 Tino Livramento

At number ten, we have Southampton and England youngster Tino Livramento.

In his short career thus far, he's unfortunately been plagued with injuries - but trust us when we say the Saints have a hell of a player on their hands.

A product ofChelsea's youth academy, the 20-year-old was shockingly sold to the Saints after being one of their brightest young stars, probably due to the class of a right-back mentioned further down the list.

Southamptonwon't be complaining though, they have a top talent who will be cemented in the Premier League for years to come.

9 Timothy Castagne

At number nine, we have Belgium and Leicester City player - Timothy Castagne.

Leicester are enduring their worst season for some time and Castagne also hasn't been at his best, but what's undeniable is the immense quality this player possesses.

A regular for the Belgian Red Devils, Castagne is a creative full-back who is also astute defensively.

8 Diogo Dalot

A man that was described by Jose Mourinho as "the best full-back in Europe in his age group" when he signed for Manchester United in 2018 (via ESPN), it's Diogo Dalot.

After he signed for the Red Devils, he struggled initially and thus went on loan to AC Milan, where he thrived.

Since coming back, he looks like a different player. His attacking qualities are very valuable at Old Trafford, but he is often still questioned defensively.

He also isn't a starter, which leads us to our next pick.

7 Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Next up, is a surprise addition given the situation surrounding him last season - it’s Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

A player that looked down and out at Manchester United. Written off by the fans, the Englishman looked set to be on his way out of Old Trafford at the next possible stage. How wrong they were.

The 'Spider' has fought back and established himself as the first-choice right-back under Erik ten Hag. Well in, Aaron.

6 Pedro Porro

A controversial next choice, considering at the time this article is being written he’s played a total of zero minutes at Spurs - it’s Pedro Porro.

The Spaniard has been tearing it up for Sporting Lisbon over the past few years and has established himself as one of the most exciting young talents in world football.

Antonio Conte was the manager that was lucky enough to secure the 23-year-old's signature, but only time will tell if he’ll live it to the hype. This is why he sits sixth on our list.

5 Trent Alexander-Arnold

At our halfway point is Trent Alexander-Arnold.

Many may slate the placement, but he’s been far from his best recently and also is questionable in his defensive abilities.

Don’t get us wrong, in an attacking sense, he is sensational. His dead ball technique is up there with the very best, and he has had assists for days - however, this is ranking the best right-back, and we believe there are a fair few ahead of him.

4 Ben White

The Gunner has transformed his game to become Mikel Arteta’s starting right-back, and what a decision it was - he’s phenomenal.

His remarkable efforts earned him a place in Gareth Southgate’s 26-man World Cup squad, although he did have to leave earlier due to personal reasons.

Nevertheless, White is a terrific young talent and has cemented the full-back slot at the Emirates.

3 Reece James

A man that may be higher if he hadn’t been plagued with injuries - it’s Reece James.

The 23-year-old burst onto the Premier League scene after enduring an impressive loan spell at Wigan Athletic. Since then, he’s proven he’s the real deal.

A powerful full-back with a sixth sense of how to attack and defend, James is the epitome of a dream modern-day fullback.

2 Kyle Walker

A controversial penultimate pick here, but we have Kyle Walker in second.

The experienced full-back is regarded as one of the best worldwide. He possesses immense speed, which is why most wingers simply can’t get past him.

He has been arguably one of Manchester City’s signings pre-Sheikh era, but the most consistent. He’s been an ever-present force in the Cityzens' back line with four Premier League titles to his name.

But, as of now - there is one better.

1 Kieran Trippier

Clinching the top spot, it’s Newcastle United’s Kieran Trippier.

Possibly Eddie Howe’s best signing since joining the Magpies, the England international has been integral to the side that has conceded the least goals in the Premier League this season.

Not only this, but he is also brilliant in an attacking sense, cropping up with goals and assists regularly, making him an FPL fan favourite.

Kieran Trippier is the greatest right-back in the Premier League right now.
