Top 10 most expensive Serie A transfers in 2025 summer window

Milan completed the two most expensive summer signings in Serie A, but Juventus, Roma, Fiorentina, Napoli and Atalanta also feature in the top 10.
The Serie A transfer window ended on Monday, September 1, 2025, with some exciting deals for the top Italian clubs and beyond.

Milan were the highest spenders in the latest transfer window, having invested more than €160m in new signings.
As reported by Transfermarkt, the Rossoneri also completed the two most expensive summer signings with Christopher Nkunku (€37m) and Ardon Jashari (€36m).
They have another player in the top 10, Samuele Ricci, who moved to San Siro from Torino for €23m, the same fee paid by Inter for Ange-Yoan Bonny and Luis Henrique.

Juventus’ Francisco Conceiçao was the third most expensive summer signing as the Bianconeri made his loan move permanent from Porto FC for €32m.
Roma’s Neil El Aynaoui and Atalanta’s Nikola Krstovic are also among the top 10 most expensive deals of the summer in Serie A, and the same is true of Italy and Fiorentina striker Roberto Piccoli.
