Fikayo Tomori hasn’t started a game for Milan since February 8 and has been struggling for playing time after a failed Tottenham transfer in the January window.
English defender Tomori is no longer a regular starter at Milan and has only played 55 minutes in Serie A since the end of the winter transfer window on February 3.
The ex-Chelsea defender was close to joining Tottenham in January but opted to stay at the Stadio Meazza as he never “felt the need or desire to leave.”

“As long as they want me, I’ll stay here,” Tomori explained at a press conference in mid-February.
The issue, however, is that Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao doesn’t seem willing to rely on the English defender anymore.
Tomori had lost his starting spot under Paulo Fonseca in the first part of the season, but featured in the Rossoneri XI in Conceiçao’s first two matches against Juventus and Inter in the Supercoppa.
He also played 90 minutes in four of Conceiçao’s first five Serie A games in charge of the Rossoneri but slipped down the pecking order after Malick Thiaw’s return from a hamstring injury.
Tomori hasn’t started a Serie A match since February 8, when he was sent off in a Serie A game against Empoli.
As reported by TMW, Tomori has only played 175 minutes of football across three appearances in all competitions since the end of the January window.
Whether Tomori will be picked to replace the suspended Strahinja Pavlović in the next Serie A game against Lecce on Saturday remains to be seen.
