The Marco Nasti situation is one to watch this summer, and a departure is very likely with a few teams looking to sign the young striker, and AC Milan could see him leave shortly.
During this mercato, there is a heavy focus on the outgoing players at the club and Marco Nasti is a player who is gaining interest from Serie A and Serie B, as a departure grows more likely. Following last season’s loan with Bari, interest was expected, with the chances of him remaining at Milanello looking slim.
Today, a report from Tuttomercatoweb has suggested that two clubs are currently battling for the striker – those being Cremonese and Hellas Verona. However, the axis with the former is the one heating up most.
According to the report, a loan is a likely solution, but there is a chance that the Rossoneri will include a buy option within the deal. Interestingly, TMW suggests that the deal would also include a counter-buy option, in the case that the Serie B club would choose to buy the striker.
In this case, it would secure some future safety over the future of the youngster, if his fortunes massively shift. Whilst Hellas still have a chance, it seems the negotiations are looking in the direction of a move to Serie B.
