The German forward made a permanent return to RB Leipzig earlier this week, completing a reported €30m from Chelsea.

The 26-year-old picked the ball up around 25 yards out from goal and unleashed a drive which squirmed under the body of goalkeeper Marvin Schwäbe, who really should’ve done better.

It was Werner’s first shot on his second debut for Leipzig, as he got off to the perfect start.
