It was a fantastic night for Chelsea Football Club and it’s supporters last night as they reached the final of the Champions League for just the third time in their history.

They won it back in 2012, and they will most probably be feeling they have a decent chance of doing so again.

However, there is one major stumbling block to that, fellow Premier League side Manchester City, who they will meet in the final at the end of the month.

Striker Timo Werner got the first goal of the game to start off Chelsea’s dominating win over Spanish giants Real Madrid, and he has admitted that they are now facing probably the ‘best team in the world’ right now in the shape of Manchester City.

However, such is his mentality, the German international has spun a positive on this, and says that ‘maybe we can win this game and we become the best team in the world for this year.’

What a great attitude to have and that will certainly instil plenty of belief.
