Rafael Borre is backed to hit the target for Internacional in 9/2 Bet Builder

Paul Higham likes the look of Internacional ahead of their trip to Vasco da Gama, and has a 9/2 Bet Builder including their Colombian forward...

  • Internacional on 14-game unbeaten run heading to Vasco
  • Borre has hit the target in back-to-back games
  • Back 9/2 Bet Builder treble

Back-to-back wins have lifted Internacional into the top five in the Brazilian Serie A ahead of their trip to face Vasco da Gama - who are looking to avoid losing three in a row.

Vasco have won the last two at home and are unbeaten in four in their own backyard, but Internacional have gone six unbeaten on the road (W3 D3) and with an automatic spot in the Copa Libertadores group stages within their sights they're priced up as 6/5 favourites here.

Internacional are also on a 14-game unbeaten run domestically and conceded just a single goal in their last three - but what's the best value Bet Builder we can dig out for this one?

Leg 1: Internacional to win

Vasco are on a decent little run at home, but they've lost their last two outings 3-0 and across the season they're one of the lowest scorers while also one of the worst defences - that's not a great combination.

Internacional are a well-drilled unit who know how to win games and also how to keep clean sheets, so there's enough evidence to suggest that 6/5 on Internacional to win this one offers decent value.

Leg 2: Over 4.5 Internacional corners

You don't go 14 games unbeaten without being a good side, so Internacional will likely dominate the ball here, and especially if they win the game as we expect then it makes sense they'll win a few corners.

Internacional have won five or more corners in two of their last three games and have landed this bet in 14 games overall this season.

They got four exactly in their last game against Vasco but being on such as run as they are I'll back them for over 4.5 corners here at 13/20.

Leg 3: Rafael Borre 1+ shot on target

Since we fancy International to win, and with Vasco allowing 13 shots on target in the last two games, there should be an away player hitting the target in out Bet Builder somewhere.

Colombian Rafael Borre is our man, with shots on target in his last two games including a goal in his last match before the international break - where he only played a handful of minutes off the bench.
