Alemao and Careca both won the Serie A title in 1989-90 in the Partenopei team that contained the legend after whom the club’s stadium is now named. Lavezzi is also one of Napoli’s standout players of the 21st century thanks to his efforts between 2007 and 2012.

All three will watch Napoli take on Milan in Sunday’s headline Serie A fixture, and will all be given a commemorative framed shirt by Edoardo De Laurentiis in a special presentation ceremony ahead of kick-off.

It is a sell-out crowd at the Maradona on Sunday evening with a capacity of over 54,000 expected, including around 1,500 travelling Rossoneri supporters.

Antonio Conte is expected to swap from a 3-5-2 to a 4-3-3 with David Neres returning to his natural position on the left wing. Sergio Conceicao, meanwhile, is expected to start Rafael Leao among the substitutes according to the pre-match reports.
