Wydad Athletic Club’s pre-season training is in full swing during their closed camp in Turkey. The squad arrived five days ago to kick off the second phase of their preparation program under the guidance of coach Mohamed Amin Benhashim, as they gear up for the upcoming season.During this camp, the Reds will play three friendly matches, starting next Saturday with a showdown against Turkish side Kocaelispor at 1pm GMT, followed by a much-anticipated duel with Algeria’s JS Kabylie next Tuesday.Wydad had already begun their preparations at the Mohamed Benjelloun complex, their training center, where they played two friendlies: a 1-0 win over Racing Casablanca, followed by a 4-2 success against Stade Marocain—successful tests ahead of their travels.
