Thomas Tuchel to make key decision on midfielder next week | OneFootball

Chelsea have many big decisions to make before the transfer window ends in around 5 weeks time.

Not only in terms of potential arrivals at the club, but the squad is still massive and needs trimming down a lot more. There are many young and fringe players who’s futures need sorting in the next few weeks.

One of those is Conor Gallagher, who is highly rated at the club and has been training under Thomas Tuchel for the last couple of weeks in pre-season.

He has loan interest from a number of clubs including Crystal Palace and Leeds United, and Chelsea are only interested in a loan and not selling permanently.

This is according to The Daily Mail, who claim that Chelsea and Tuchel will make a decision on whether Gallagher goes out on loan or stays with the first team, next week.

I do expect him to go out on loan for more development, especially seeing what is ahead of him in the Chelsea team right now.
