Thomas Tuchel names the three players who are “for sure out” for Watford game | OneFootball

It’s time for a pre-match press conference – get used to them there are a load of these coming – and as always Thomas Tuchel got us going with some team news.

After an update on Romelu Lukaku (which didn’t give much away) the manager did confirm the three players who he said are “for sure out” of the game against Watford tomorrow evening.

Ben Chilwell will clearly be out for some time, Mateo Kovacic has already been out for some time and isn’t ready yet, plus N’Golo Kant is out pretty often, including for this game.

To that list, Tuchel added three names who are doubts – Reece James, Jorginho and Timo Werner.

They all finished training today, but the club will have to make last minute decisions about which to use, according to their coach.

That’s not great – the injuries are really piling up now, and we’re lucky Watford appear to be in the same boat.
