Thomas Tuchel emphasises focus on youth at PSG

However, Thomas Tuchel is trying to change that at PSG and the proof is clear to see.
Already this season, the German has used ten academy players in his matchday squad, with 36% of his total squad selection being represented by players 23 or under.
The likes of Christopher Nkunku, Stanley N’Soki, Moussa Diaby, Presnel Kimpembe and Adrien Rabiot have all featured regularly this season, as have academy graduates Colin Dagba, Antoine Bernede and Sébastien Cibois.
Summer signing Thilo Kehrer, Timothy Weah and Kylian Mbappé are also first team fixtures under Tuchel with over 20 appearances between them.
Champions League glory may be a distant goal but the emphasis on youth demonstrates how the club want to get there.
