Brentford take on Queens Park Rangers in a pre-season friendly at Loftus Road on Saturday (3pm kick-off BST).

The Bees face a west London derby as they continue preparations for the 2025/26 Premier League campaign.

If you are heading to Loftus Road this weekend, here is everything you need to know to ensure you are ready for your visit.

Minutes’ applause in memory of Mark Lazarus

There will be a minutes’ applause before kick-off in memory of former Brentford and QPR player Mark Lazarus, who passed away on 25 July.

Getting to Loftus Road

Loftus Road stadium is in Shepherd’s Bush and is well connected by bus, rail and tube services from central or west London.

Travelling by train or TfL

Tube stations White City (Central line) and Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City line) are both within 10 minutes’ walk from the ground.

Shepherd’s Bush station is also walking distance from Loftus Road and is serviced by the Central line, London Overground, and by national rail trains from Clapham Junction.

Expect queues at all stations after the match.

Travelling by bus

Services 72, 95 or 220 available across west London will take you to within walking distance Loftus Road.

Service 237 from Kew Bridge towards White City will take you to Shepherd’s Bush, a short walk away from the ground.

It is not advised to travel by car

It is not recommended that you try to park at Loftus Road. Road closures in the surrounding area are in effect 90 minutes before kick-off and street parking is very limited or for residents only. The nearest large car park is in Westfield shopping centre.

Ticket information

Fans who purchased tickets before Thursday 24 July will receive them by post. If you haven’t received your tickets, please contact the box office on 0333 005 8521.

If you purchase on or after Thursday 24 July, you must collect your tickets from the Brentford box office at Gtech Community Stadium. You will not be able to collect your tickets at Loftus Road.

Opening times for collections at the Brentford box office:

  • Thursday 31 July – open until 5pm 
  • Friday 1 August – 10am until 5pm 
  • Saturday 2 August – 11am until 2pm 

Please remember to observe and respect the family friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in this area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.

Accessibility information

Please note that if you are planning a wheelchair drop-off by car, road closures are in effect in the surrounding areas 90 minutes before kick-off.

The closest accessible wheelchair accessible station is Wood Lane, which is 10 minutes’ walk from the ground and service the Circle line and Hammersmith & City line.

There are 10 wheelchair spaces available in the away end.

Your matchday at Loftus Road

Pubs close to the ground are for home fans only. Brentford fans can visit Belushi’s on Shepherd’s Bush Green (W12 8PH) before kick-off.

You can also enjoy pre-match at Westfield shopping centre, which has a range of restaurants inside.

The away section is located in the Achilleus Security stand. Enter at turnstile two, open 90 minutes before kick-off.

All bags will be searched on entry.
