Thierry Henry and Jamie Carragher were loving it after presenter Kate Abdo tore into Micah Richards’ Champions League record on live TV on Tuesday evening.

Henry, Carragher and Richards were covering Tuesday’s Champions League matches as pundits for CBS Sports.

After going live, it didn’t take long for Abdo to rip into Richards’ lack of success in Europe’s premier cup competition compared to Henry and Carragher.

"Welcome along to London, everybody. I'm Kate Abdo, joined by Champions League winner with Barcelona, Thierry Henry. Champions League winner with Liverpool, Jamie Carragher."

She continued: "And the man with five appearances in the Champions League: Micah Richards."

Carragher and Henry were in stitches. The latter stated 'That's cold!' before repeatedly shouting 'Five!' in Richards' direction.

Abdo wasn't done there, though.

She then asked Richards: "Out of interest, do you know your record from your Champions League appearances?"

Richards replied: "It wasn't great. It was a new team. Look where we are now. We were building the foundations for them now."

Abdo then said: "Remind me again... it was two wins and three losses."

Carragher got involved later in the show after noticing the four stripes on Richards' attire.

He said: "What I can't quite work out is... you've got four stripes on your arm. Shouldn't it be five to match your Champions League appearances?"

Richards burst out laughing before jokingly saying: "Moving on swiftly..."

Fair play to Richards for taking the banter so well.

Abdo, Carragher, Henry and Richards are all brilliant together.
