Thiago Motta only received seven red cards in his entire 16-year playing career.
But after just one game as Paris Saint-Germain’s Under-19 coach, the former midfielder has racked up one sending off already.
The former Italy international was taking charge of his first game as the PSG youth manager against Odense Boldklub on Sunday.
With his lads 2-o down at half-time, the 35-year-old took exception to some less than favourable refereeing decisions and berated the officials in their Copa del Agatha match in Belgium.
And with that, the ex-Barcelona man was given his marching orders and sent to watch the match from the stands.
Not the best start.
