Bologna manager Thiago Motta lauded his team’s personality following their 3-1 away victory over Roma this evening.
The Rossoblu cemented their hold on fourth-place and increased their lead over the Giallorossi to seven points in the table—now finding themselves just two points away from third-placed Juventus.
“I’m so proud to coach this team, more-so after this game,” Thiago Motta told DAZN.
“Facing Roma was tough, but we put in a high-level performance. I’m extremely satisfied with this performance tonight, it was a wonderful match against a team that always aims to play football—which is great for our sport. Games like this are fantastic.”
He added, “The Champions League? I’m just enjoying what was saw from this match, everything else will come with time. I’m focused on the present, we have to enjoy this moment, I’m not thinking about anything else.”
