Several African players are set to experience the Premier League for the first time as the new 2025-2026 season kicks off.

The opening matchday of England’s flagship competition will feature a blockbuster showdown between Manchester United and Arsenal, scheduled for Sunday, August 17.

The Senegalese defensive midfielder has signed for Sunderland from Strasbourg for a hefty fee of €31.50 million.

The Senegalese left midfielder has joined West Ham United from Slavia Prague for a fee of €22.00 million.

Chemsdine Talbi

The Congolese midfielder has also signed with Sunderland, arriving from Union SG for €17.00 million.
