If Neymar wants to leave Paris Saint-Germain this summer, he will reportedly have to join Real Madrid or risk not moving at all.
That’s according to Catalan based newspaper Sport who insist Barcelona are losing leverage every day, despite offering a number of players and cash.
To make things more interesting, Real president Florentino Pérez is said to have taken out a loan with the intention of going ‘all out’ for Neymar this summer.
Last week, Barça sporting director Eric Abidal was spotted travelling to Paris for talks, but after lengthy negotiations little progress was made.
Madrid, meanwhile, have given up their pursuit of Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba and still want to secure a statement signing.
We’re expecting more twists and turns to this story. But allegiances will certainly be tested with the Clásico rivals going full throttle.
