“There will be some conversations” – Fabrizio Romano expects late Chelsea transfer activity

Chelsea have so far remained very quiet in this current transfer window, only focusing on loan deals outgoing and recalls.

But there is still plenty of time left in the month for Chelsea to sort out any late business and suddenly become busy, with a new striker always being the focus of priorities if they can find a suitable candidate.

EXCLUSIVE! Do Chelsea need to buy to sell and what transfers can we expect in the final days this month?

It’s yet to happen and nothing seems advanced, but perhaps the domino effect of selling or loaning out Armando Broja might kick things into gear?

And Fabrizio Romano says the club are waiting for offers for their striker right now and that there will be some more conversations regarding that situation now.

Romano told GIVEMESPORT:

“Chelsea are waiting for proposals. I think there will be some conversations, so let’s see what happens.

“West Ham have always been big admirers of the player, and let’s see if Wolves will enter the mix because they also had some contacts to understand the conditions of the deal.

“I think Broja could be one of the names that we mention in the final days of the transfer window.”

Chelsea are running out of time though and it doesn’t look there have been any serious offers for Broja that have come in yet. And Broja also started their League Cup game last night, so can you imagine what all these briefings must be doing to his head? Not great at all.
