The week ahead

A perfect start to the champions round with three wins against our closest rivals has put is in a great position. We now have a packed week ahead including our first midweek clash of the champions round:

Today (Monday): Time to shake off those aches! The squad have a recovery training session in the morning. There is also a press conference at 13:00 CET ahead of the midweek fixture against WSG. Jesse Marsch and Karim Adeyemi will be there to face the media.
Tuesday: The morning is free before our stars report to Taxham around lunchtime for a Covid test, before a training session at 15:00 CET. Then it's all aboard the team bus and off to Tyrol ahead of our away match against WSG.
Wednesday: Our players not in the match day squad will train at 10:00. Then our side face their first midweek match of the champions group against WSG Tirol, with the kick-off at 18:30 CET.
Thursday: Our boys will meet up for a recovery training session in Taxham the following morning, as always after a match.
Friday: The players will train again on Friday at 10:00 CET. At 13:00, Jesse Marsch and a player will attend a press conference, which can be watched live on our website and Facebook page, as always.
Saturday: Our players have the morning off. In the afternoon there will be another Covid test before a final training session in Taxham. Then we will start our second away trip of the week.
Sunday: WAC host us at 14:30 in the Lavant Valley. It's the first of a double-header of two matches against WAC within the space of a few days - just as we had last year at this stage of the season, coincidentally. The home match follows on Wednesday.

All training sessions will be held behind closed doors. The matches on Wednesday and Sunday can be watched on Sky in Austria, while regular updates will be posted on our English club Twitter page.
