Manchester City and Liverpool have confirmed their starting lineups ahead of today’s massive Premier League fixture at Anfield. Today’s game could have massive ramifications depending on how it plays out. Pep Guardiola’s side enter today’s match currently on a six-game winless run. They will run into an in-form Liverpool outfit. Arne Slot’s team are 8 points clear at the top of the Premier League table and come into today’s game off the back of an impressive 2-nil win over Real Madrid on Wednesday.
For Manchester City, there does appear to have been positive news on the injury front. Ruben Dias and Jeremy Doku were both pictured training earlier this week and do appear set to feature in today’s match. The potential return of Ruben Dias would be massive for Pep Guardiola’s side. His presence has been missed during City’s winless run.
Rodri, Mateo Kovacic and Oscar Bobb are all out of today’s match due to injury. John Stones is also in doubt after not being pictured training during the week.
